Reece grew up in Blue Ridge and spent his entire life honing his skills on the fisheries of Fannin County and the surrounding areas. He began guiding part-time at age 15 while still in high school, and, upon graduation, immediately became a full-time guide. Even at the young age of 22, Reece is considered to be one of the most prolific guides in the area. His patience and knowledge are key to his success and a big reason why he’s just as comfortable guiding advanced anglers or someone brand new to the sport. They’re also the reason so many people come back to fish with him year after year. Whether it’s a float trip on the lower Toccoa tailwater, chasing bass on one of our lakes or stalking wild trout in the smaller mountain creeks, Reece’s vast experience and knowledge separate him from almost every other guide in the area. When he’s not guiding, you’ll likely find Reece on the water fishing or in the woods hunting deer and turkey.
